We know what you may be thinking… And it’s true: having big legs will make it much harder for many of the Calisthenics Elements. This is something that you really need to think of, because you MUST work out your legs along with your upper body. And If you were worrying about heavier legs don’t panic, because there are many bodyweight exercises that will keep your legs fit while maintaining a normal size. You can be good at static elements while having an average-fit legs.

This is, apart from an aesthetic point of view, because there will be a moment that if you want to get upper-body stronger you will need to train legs, and it’s better to start now.
