We would dare to day that training Calisthenics and having big biceps muscles are very similar terms, as it’s a muscle that will be used (with more or less intensity) in nearly all the exercises. And about all the exercises we are not talking about the ones where the elbow needs to bend: we also need to add the hole bunch of straight arm work (planche, maltese, iron cross…).
In this list you will find both cases, exercises where the elbow needs to bend such as hefesto or pull ups, and those where the biceps holds a tremendous strain such in the planche. Also, there will be exercises in which external loads are applied in order to make the biceps stronger, such in biceps curl.
